Designation – Client Relationship Executive
Experience – 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain and analyse client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights to improve customer experience and business operations.
Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, sales trends, and market research to support decision-making and business growth.
Participate in the bidding process by analysing client requirements, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating pricing strategies, and ensuring favourable contract terms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Support business development by providing timely reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations to Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
Required Technical Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Ability to Read and Write English
Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Must have a smart phone.
Must have a Bike and Valid driving license
