Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – OMC | PhonePe

📍 Location: [City name daal dein]

💰 CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

🚗 Own 2-wheeler with valid DL mandatory

Role Overview:

PhonePe ke Offline Merchant Channel (OMC) team ka hissa banein aur apne area ke local merchants (dukaandaar, shopkeepers) ko PhonePe se jodein — QR code onboarding, digital payment adoption aur merchant relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Daily field visits – naye merchants ko onboard karna

✅ Existing merchants ki transaction activity grow karna

✅ PhonePe products (QR, Merchant App, etc.) ki demo dena

✅ Target achieve karke monthly incentives earn karna

Eligibility:

🎓 Any Graduate / 12th Pass with field sales experience

🕒 Age: 18–30 years

📱 Basic smartphone knowledge

🗣️ Good communication & local area ki jaankari
