Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and liaise with society management committees, RWAs, and commercial property administrators to secure event permissions.

  • Present event proposals clearly, highlighting benefits for residents and property owners.

  • Maintain records of permissions obtained, including dates, locations, and conditions.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align event schedules with approved venues.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, society rules, and company policies.

  • Build and sustain positive relationships with society representatives for future collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in event coordination, field marketing, or community engagement preferred.

  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

  • Organized and detail‑oriented with good documentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as per event schedules.
