We, K9HR SOLUTIONS (Ms. Neha, 98798 34289) are looking for a Smart, Dedicated & Hard Working Business Development Executive to join a team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships In Logistic, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 Per Month, Plus 2% Sales Incentive, Plus TADA (as Per Industries norms) and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and B2B visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

• Candidate need to Visit all kind Of Logistic Business Owner who are engaged in Cargo & Transporation Service

• This will be pure Target based job. Per Month minimum Sales Traget will be assigned in proportion to the salary.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential. Candidate must ready to work in Cargo & Transporatation Field with willingness to take compititive challenges.
