Job Description:

Jana Small Finance Bank is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) for field sales operations. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through field sales activities
Acquire customers for banking and financial products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct market visits and follow up with prospective clients

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduation required
1 year of field sales experience (Banking/Finance preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in field sales environment
Not more than 7 days Gap/ Must be working currently
