Role: Business Development Executive (Smart Devices)
Role Summary:
As a Business Development Executive with Mygate, you will showcase
comprehensive product knowledge, addressing customer queries and
concerns. You will also be responsible for independently driving timely and
high-quality sales pitches for our company. In addition, you will collaborate with
the sales team for strategizing and to effectively reach and convert leads.
Responsibilities:
● Virtual Demonstration for the potential clients & sell products - smart devices
● Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product and its features to potential customers
● Address any queries or concerns the customer may have about the product
● Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into customers
● Maintain a professional demeanour and provide excellent customer service at all times
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching and converting leads
● Keep accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales transactions
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our product
in the market
● Represent the company in a positive light and uphold its values and brand image
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
Requirements:
● Any Bachelors/master’s degree
● 0-1 years of experience in sales, freshers can be considered
● Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill
● Stakeholder management skills
● Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
● A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
● The role will have travel requirements, and the candidate should be okay to travel
and meet customers.
