Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 6 months to 5 years
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client coordination, especially with HNI clients

• Manage end-to-end documentation and follow-ups for financial services

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth processing

• Support in loan processing, investment onboarding, insurance cases, and taxation services

• Collect, verify, and maintain client documents and records

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Assist in business development activities and lead conversion

• Ensure timely updates to clients regarding their cases

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance, investments)

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Organized and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Comfortable dealing with HNI clients

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Proactive and responsible attitude

• Prior experience in financial services / BFSI will be an added advantage
