Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Territory Sales Incharge to lead and expand our School Sales
vertical. The role involves building strong relationships with schools, driving product presentations, and
ensuring consistent revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new schools within the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with school clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Plan and execute school visits, product demonstrations, and seminars for management,
teachers, and students.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policy.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events to improve brand visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Result-oriented mindset with a passion for field sales.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education sector (EdTech / School Sales)
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
