Job Description

Urban Company is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to expand its partner network for InstaHelp services. This is a field-intensive role that involves visiting chawls and residential clusters across Mumbai to identify, engage, and onboard domestic help professionals (maids) onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits in assigned areas
Identify and approach potential service partners (maids/domestic helpers)
Explain Urban Company’s InstaHelp platform, benefits, and earning opportunities
Onboard partners by assisting with registration, documentation, and app setup
Build trust and maintain relationships with local communities and partners
Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
Collect market insights and competitor information from the field
Ensure quality and compliance standards during onboarding
