Core Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and onboard new clients (industries, factories, scrap dealers, recyclers)
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Build long-term relationships with bulk waste generators
2. Waste Material Sourcing
Tie up with companies for collection of recyclable/industrial waste (plastic, metal, paper, e-waste)
Ensure continuous supply pipeline of waste materials for processing or resale
3. Vendor & Recycler Coordination
Collaborate with recyclers
