Job Summary
Chaahat Homes Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying decisions, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.
Contact potential clients via calls, meetings, and site visits.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide end-to-end sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate market in Gurugram is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM).
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
