Business Development Executive

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and client outreach.

• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants to promote company products and solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demos at client offices or project sites.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

• Track ongoing projects and follow up regularly for conversion.

• Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and design mockups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the Architectural/Interior Design industry.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

• Ability to understand and explain technical/design concepts effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
