Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in e-commerce, retail, and logistics sectors.

  • Build a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.

2. Client Onboarding

  • Guide new clients through onboarding, from documentation to account setup.

  • Coordinate with operations and technology teams to integrate client requirements.

  • Conduct product/service demos and training for client teams.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

  • Monitor service performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collect feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance client experience.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with last-mile delivery teams to ensure service commitments are met.

  • Track KPIs such as delivery performance, SLA compliance, and customer feedback.

  • Support the resolution of escalations and service disruptions.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

  • Prepare periodic sales, performance, and client engagement reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics or supply chain.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations and e-commerce logistics.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
