We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Sales Head to lead our frontline residential
sales vertical. This role is critical in managing and scaling a team, driving project sales, and
creating a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Sales Team
• Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular site visits, assist in high-value client closures
• Work closely with marketing to optimize lead management
• Train, mentor, and monitor team productivity through KPIs
• Analyze local market trends, project competition, and buyer preferences
Skills Required:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation ability
• Familiarity with Excel and reporting dashboards
• Good understanding of the local real estate market dynamics
• Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience
• Candidates from insurance, banking, credit cards, or NBFCs can also be considered if
they demonstrate strong B2C field experience
