Business Development Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–5 years of experience to join our team at College Wollege. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and market research.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Proven experience in selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.

• Experience in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts.
