Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive who has minimum 1 year of experience in software sales. The person will be responsible for building pipelines, meeting clients in person, closing deals, and expanding our market reach. This is primarily a remote role, with a requirement to report to our head office in RS Puram once a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities

• Engage with clients face-to-face to understand their needs and pitch our software solutions

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, support) to ensure client requirements are met

• Travel locally to meet prospects and clients (all travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company)

• Report progress, pipeline status, and results to leadership

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in software sales (B2B or B2C)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

• Ability and willingness to come to the RS Puram office once a week

  Marketing, or related field preferred
