Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in the powder coating or industrial coating industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, expanding market reach, developing long-term business relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and strategic outreach.

Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and solution-based selling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, dealers, and contractors.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product developments.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.

Mandatory experience in the powder coating or industrial coating industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
