We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in the Construction Material Supply market. The role involves developing strong relationships with builders, interior designers, contractors, and architects, along with generating consistent business through site visits and client engagement
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Generate leads through field visits, references, and market networking
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Builders & Developers
Interior Designers
Architects & Contractors
Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Site Visits & Coordination
Visit project sites to understand requirements
Coordinate with clients for selection, measurement, and finalization
Ensure smooth execution from order to delivery
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Promote granite, marble, and stone products effectively
Guide clients in material selection based on application and budget
Target & Reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Note: This is Field/Remote Sales role across the Mumbai & NavI Mumbai Region. The person will be required to travel to Raigad once a month to present reports.
