Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who thrives in a field sales environment. The ideal candidate should have strong area knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships on ground to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits daily to identify and onboard new leads within the assigned territory
Leverage strong local area knowledge to identify high-potential markets and customer segments
Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
Execute on-ground sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Pitch products/services effectively and close deals independently
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer behavior
Ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion
Maintain accurate daily reports of field activities and sales pipeline
