Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)
Location: Bangalore & Bhopal
Experience Required: 2+ years in IT Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company’s IT products and services including Websites, Mobile Applications, CRM, and ERP solutions.
Understand client requirements and consultatively pitch the right solutions to meet their business needs.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and regularly update CRM systems with lead and pipeline status.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Proven sales experience in IT services/products (Websites, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT sales cycle, B2B sales strategies, and client acquisition.
Ability to generate leads independently and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledge of modern sales tools, CRM usage, and digital prospecting techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
