Job Description:

We are hiring a Doctor Acquisition Manager to lead the onboarding of doctors onto our health-tech platform in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard General Physicians, Specialists, and Consultants

• Visit clinics, hospitals & medical colleges to meet doctors

• Explain benefits of our software to doctors and close onboarding

• Maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers

• Make outbound calls and manage follow-ups

• Achieve monthly onboarding and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Experience in doctor onboarding, healthcare sales, or provider acquisition

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Willing to travel for in-person meetings

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Existing contacts or network of doctors in Hyderabad (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
