Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads through bank visits, field activities, referrals, cold calling, and networking. The role focuses on identifying customers with low CIBIL scores, developing relationships with bank branches, and converting qualified leads into business while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through bank visits, referrals, cold calling, local networking, and field activities.
• Visit assigned bank branches regularly to build relationships and identify potential customers.
• Generate leads from customers with low CIBIL scores who require financial assistance or loan solutions.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and explain available financial products/services.
• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and expand the lead pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful business.
• Coordinate with bank staff and internal teams for smooth documentation and processing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, field visits, and conversions.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the assigned territory. • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
• Provide end-to-end customer support until completion of the process.
• Travel extensively within Mysore and nearby areas for bank visits, field work, and customer meetings.
