About the Role
We are a growing interiors company looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and project conversions in the mid-to-high segment (₹50 lakh–1 crore projects).
Key Responsibilities
•
Pitch interiors solutions to potential customers and present ideas effectively.
•
Understand customer needs, budgets, and expectations to create tailored proposals.
•
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
•
Coordinate with design and project teams to deliver on client requirements.
•
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
•
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (interiors, real estate, or related sectors preferred).
•
Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
•
Proven ability to manage high-value clients (₹50 lakh+ projects).
•
Self-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented.
