Job Title: Sales Executive – Residential Interiors Company: Funitt Design Studio Location: Jayanagar Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role: Funitt Design Studio is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive residential interior sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling interior solutions and a strong understanding of design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential interiors segment

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

•

Understand client needs and provide customised interior solutions

•

Present and showcase design concepts, material options, and product offerings

•

Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and successfully close deals

•

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

•

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and design innovations

Requirements:

•

Minimum 2+ years of experience in selling residential interiors

•

Solid understanding of interior design principles and materials

•

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

•

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

•

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with designers and project teams

Preferred Skills:

•

Knowledge of interior design software/tools

•

Understanding of modular furniture, space planning, and design concepts

•

Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
