Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. You will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for our digital and AI services. Responsibilities include:
Researching markets and reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings
Presenting and demonstrating our AI and technology solutions to clients
Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth client onboarding
Managing and growing assigned accounts
Maintaining CRM records and reporting on performance against targets
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience converting prospects into clients.
Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including market research, sales processes, and client relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven Account Management skills, including support for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic office tools (spreadsheets, presentations, email).
Prior experience in digital or technology services sales is an advantage.
Working knowledge of AI tools, products, and emerging technologies, with the ability to explain their business value and confidently give live demos and presentations of AI-powered services to clients.
