Job Description

WiseMunch is looking for a sharp, persuasive Modern Trade BDE to drive our presence in SMT (Small Modern Trade) and RMT (Regional Modern Trade) outlets. You won't be hitting the local kiranas; your playground will be organized retail chains, premium supermarkets, and regional departmental stores across the Western suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing & Placement: Secure shelf space and listing for WiseMunch SKUs in SMT and RMT outlets along the Western Line.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with Category Managers and Store Managers.

  • Stock Management: Monitor "Fill Rates" and ensure zero "Out of Stock" (OOS) situations by coordinating timely replenishments.

  • Visibility (Share of Shelf): Negotiate for primary placements (eye-level shelves) and secondary placements (end-caps, floor-standees, and FSU units).

  • Promotional Execution: Execute in-store sampling activities and ensure that discount schemes offers are correctly tagged and displayed.

  • Reporting: Track weekly sales data per store and report on competitor activities in the modern trade space.
