Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients within the assigned local territory.Product Demos & Presentations: Physically demonstrate product/service features and articulate their value propositions clearly to prospects.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team sales quotas.Relationship Management: Build trust with existing clients to ensure retention, secure referrals, and uncover upsell opportunities.Reporting & Market Analysis: Maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, prepare regular sales reports, and track competitor activity in the local market.Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions, overcome objections, and finalize agreements.
