Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 Business Development Executives
Set sales targets and ensure team achievement of monthly and quarterly goals
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Handle key client accounts and support in closing high-value deals
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Ensure proper usage of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in business development and team handling
Experience managing a team of at least 8–10 members
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
