Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 Business Development Executives

  • Set sales targets and ensure team achievement of monthly and quarterly goals

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities

  • Handle key client accounts and support in closing high-value deals

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

  • Ensure proper usage of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales data


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven experience in business development and team handling

  • Experience managing a team of at least 8–10 members

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
