Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Business Development

• Generate qualified leads through B2B, B2C, and direct prospecting.

• Build, expand, and manage a robust network of brokers and channel partners.

• Host broker meets, market presentations, and networking events. [1]

Closing & Conversion

• Conduct high-impact client meetings, presentations, and property site visits.

• Drive commercial and contractual negotiations to convert prospects into confirmed buyers.

• Coordinate handoffs with legal, finance, and CRM teams for billing and agreement execution. [1, 2, 3, 5]

Compliance & Tracking

• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC).

• Track daily and monthly metrics via Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
