We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development cum Hospital Coordinator to drive hospital tie-ups and onboarding while managing day-to-day ambulance fleet operations. The role involves identifying and approaching new hospitals for partnership, onboarding them onto our ambulance network, and ensuring smooth operational coordination thereafter — including ambulance dispatch, scheduling, and liaison between hospital departments, drivers, and patients. The ideal candidate will balance relationship-building and business development with hands-on operational oversight to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
