💰 Salary: ₹4–5 LPA + ₹30,000–₹40,000 Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.

- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in hardcore sales/business development.

- Experience in Real Estate, Education, or Food & Beverage (F&B) sectors preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Fluent Kannada is mandatory/preferred.

- Should be comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

- Candidates currently residing in Bangalore preferred.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
