Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Bank Officer to join AU Small Finance Bank at the Ahmedabad location. The candidate should have prior sales experience in banking products and strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for CASA, FD, RD, insurance, and loan products.

Conduct regular customer visits and generate leads.

Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.

Handle walk-in customers and resolve their queries.

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Experience

6 months to 3 years of experience in banking sales (CASA/Loans/Insurance/Credit Cards).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Field sales experience will be an added advantage.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Qualification

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
