Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Agents

  • Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets

  • Drive life insurance sales through agency channel

  • Achieve monthly and yearly business targets

  • Support agents in closing deals and customer meetings

  • Build strong relationships with agents and customers

  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)

  • Freshers Not Eligible

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)

  • Good communication & convincing skills

  • Target-oriented mindset
