Position: Bancassurance Sales Officer / Manager – Health Insurance
Location:Mumbai - Thane , Dadar , Andheri

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Bancassurance Sales professional to drive Health Insurance business through bank branches. The role involves working closely with bank staff, generating leads, and converting customers for health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate Health Insurance business.

• Promote and sell various Health Insurance plans (Individual, Family Floater, Critical Illness, etc.) to bank customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned for the bancassurance channel.

• Handle walk-in customers at the branch and provide product details.

• Generate leads from bank staff, follow up, and close sales.

• Conduct product training and motivation sessions for branch employees.

• Ensure smooth documentation, policy issuance, and customer onboarding.

• Provide post-sales support including claim assistance and renewals.

• Maintain compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in Bancassurance / Health Insurance / BFSI sales.

• Good knowledge of Health Insurance products & industry trends.

• Excellent communication, customer relationship, and sales skills.

• Ability to work with bank staff and achieve sales targets.
