Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Branch Relationship Officer and Business Development Associate at Axis Bank⁠. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer relationships, promoting banking products, generating leads, and supporting branch sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Promote banking products and services

Generate new business opportunities and sales leads

Assist customers with account opening and banking queries

Achieve monthly sales and performance targets

Coordinate with branch teams for smooth operations

Ensure excellent customer service and communication
