Key Responsibilities:

Mechanic Outreach and Onboarding:

• Identify and engage potential mechanics.

• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the advantages of our platform

• Successfully onboard mechanics onto our company's app.

Training and Support:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for mechanics on utilizing the app effectively.

• Provide ongoing support to mechanics, promptly addressing their queries and concerns.

Sales and Promotion:

• Educate mechanics on our diverse range of auto spare parts, their suppliers, and competitive pricing.

• Promote the advantages of purchasing from our company, emphasizing quality assurance and efficient delivery.

Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with onboarded mechanics.

• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand their evolving needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

• UG or any bachelor’s degree.

• 2-4 years of sales experience in the auto spare parts industry. Experience in the lubricant industry or other auto parts categories with existing mechanic connections is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of the auto spare parts market in the region.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
