Role: Real Estate Sales Executive
Core Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Meet with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on property values and market trends.
Site Visits: Organize and accompany clients on property inspections and site visits.
Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts, facilitate the documentation process, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or similar roles (often 1–3+ years).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate property benefits and negotiate effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
