As a Recruitment & Development Manager, you'll be a key driver of our growth, responsible for expanding our team of Life Advisors and ensuring their success. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Development of Quality Advisors
- Identify and recruit talented individuals
- Effectively "sell" the career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Carry out promotional activities to support recruitment efforts
Performance Training and Development
- Ensure advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations, and selling inputs
- Guide advisors on the sales funnel and assist in achieving revenue targets
- Motivate advisors to retain top performers and provide needs-based training
Performance Monitoring and Business Target Achievement
- Monitor performance and track daily activities of advisors
- Achieve business targets by supporting your team in sales efforts
- Execute sales strategies to increase market reach and penetration
Customer Relationship Management
- Analyse customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements
Experience: 1-6 years in insurance or sales (2+ years for non-postgraduates, 1+ year for postgraduates)
Education: Graduate degree
Age: 24-40 years
Skills: Team building, networking, English proficiency, and result orientation
Salary Budget
Non-insurance sales experience: up to 4 LPA CTC
Insurance sales experience: up to 6 LPA CTC
Same channel experience: up to 7 LPA CTC
