Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Anand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a network of insurance advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors from various sources.

• Training & Development: Provide continuous training and support to advisors on products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

• Performance Management: Monitor advisor performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement through regular follow-ups and motivation.

• Business Development: Drive sales through advisors by developing long-term relationships, tracking market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all advisor activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of recruitment, training, sales achievements, and advisor performance for regular review.

• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong client relationships and resolving queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or agency development (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
