Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and enhance customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned areas.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and support customer interactions.
Identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
2–5 years of experience in field sales or sales or Marketing
Local candidates are welcome.
Must have own bike and DL.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
