Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, inbound and outbound calling, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Convert leads into property bookings through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue.
Coordinate with developers regarding inventory, pricing, offers, and project updates.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead pipeline, bookings, and CRM reports.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and developers to drive repeat business and referrals.
