Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager – Field Sales, open to freshers and entry-level candidates, who are eager to build a career in the Real Estate, Cladding, and Paint industry. The role involves supporting sales operations, engaging with clients on-site, and contributing to business growth through proactive field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in field sales activities including site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

• Support senior sales team members in lead follow-ups and deal closures.

• Coordinate with builders, architects, contractors, and customers as guided.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

• Learn and adhere to company sales processes and reporting structures.

• Support in preparing basic sales reports and updates.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally.

• Positive attitude, learning mindset, and result-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (training will be provided).
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma / HSC (any stream).

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales exposure is an added advantage but not mandatory.
