Position: General Manager (Operations & Administration)
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, executive coordination, client communication, operational planning, and ensuring smooth business operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage complete office operations efficiently.
Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal departments professionally.
Schedule, organize, and attend business meetings with management and clients.
Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle all incoming and outgoing business emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally.
Coordinate domestic and outstation travel, including transportation, hotel bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, records, contracts, and confidential company files.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting summaries, and business documents.
Monitor daily office activities and ensure operational efficiency.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion by respective departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with management for strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
