About the Role

Realty Rise Group (RRG) is looking for an experienced Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client handling skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide expert property consultation.
Conduct site visits and project presentations.
Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial projects.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management and customer handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of the real estate market.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
