Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive (Field) to expand our B2B customer base and boost top-line revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, and be passionate about building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities in the B2B industrial segment.

• Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and present product solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.

• Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

• Liaise with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely delivery and customer support.

• Gather feedback from clients and share insights with management for product and service improvements.

• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking meets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–5 years of field sales experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sector.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.

• Good knowledge of the local market and industrial client base.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
