We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales network across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Plastic, Sanitaryware, or Bath Accessories industry, and be willing to travel extensively (up to 80%) for business development, dealer/distributor management, and team supervision.
Manage and grow the sales network across multiple regions in India.
Regularly visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners.
Define and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
Collect and analyze market data and competitor activity.
Develop and communicate product USPs to clients and partners.
Create and manage discount structures for Retailers, Wholesalers, and Distributors.
Support and guide the sales team; track performance and ensure timely reporting.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in the Plastic, Sanitary ware, or Bath Accessories sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team-handling capability.
Comfortable with extensive travel and on-field sales operations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
