Job Summary

The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and growing sales within assigned Reliance Smart Bazaar stores in Kanpur and UP West. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage sales operations in assigned Reliance Smart Bazaar stores

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising

· Coordinate with store managers for promotions and stock management

· Monitor daily sales and stock levels

· Execute in-store promotions and schemes

· Collect market feedback and competitor information

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports

· Hiring Promoters in each store.

Eligibility & Requirements

· Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

· 1–3 years experience in FMCG or modern trade sales preferred

· Experience with Reliance Smart Bazaar is an advantage

· Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory

· Valid driving license is mandatory
