Position Overview
We are seeking a highly articulate and commercially driven Business Development Manager with exceptional command of the English language to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across global markets
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, institutions, and stakeholders
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations in fluent, professional English
Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Generate high-quality leads through proactive outreach, networking, and digital channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies
Maintain a structured pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Represent the organization in international meetings, webinars, and corporate engagements
Core Requirements
Outstanding English communication skills (Mandatory) — both verbal and written
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (1–3+ years)
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Professional demeanor with the ability to engage international clients confidently
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in overseas education, global recruitment, or consultancy services
Exposure to European markets (especially Germany) will be an added advantage
Demonstrated success in building and scaling client relationships
