We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting customers in the assigned territory, promoting company products, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in the assigned area.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features.
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
aRequirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or B2C Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Must own a smartphone.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
