Position: Appraisal Trainee – Gold Loan Department

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Gold Loan Department as Appraisal Trainees. Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month training program to learn the gold appraisal process, customer handling, documentation, and loan procedures. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will work alongside senior appraisers and become permanent members of the team based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend and complete the 3-month training program.
Learn gold purity testing and appraisal techniques.
Assist in evaluating gold ornaments for loan processing.
Support customers with gold loan-related queries.
Verify customer documents and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work closely with senior appraisers during the initial period.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in banking, finance, or gold loans can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing role.
